Carers at the Heart of Worcestershire Families and Communities 2010-14 Event

Worcestershire's new adult carer strategy, 'Carers at the Heart of Worcestershire Families and Communities 2010-14' is to be officially launched on Carer Rights Day, Friday 3rd December 2010.
There are speakers from all the key partners involved in development of the new strategy – Carers, Worcestershire County Council, NHS Worcestershire, and Carers Action Worcestershire – and you will have the opportunity to find out about the aims and objectives of the strategy, the progress already made in its implementation, the work of key carer support services in the county, and the experiences of carers.
The event will also launch the new Carers Charter for the county, which clarifies what carers can expect from local services. The Charter has been endorsed by Worcestershire County Council, NHS Worcestershire and Carers Action Worcestershire.
