DH Strategic Partners Programme - seeking six more Partners
Please see the attached information from the Department of Health regarding the Third Sector Strategic Partners programme. The programme is approaching the end of Year 1, and the DH Team have identified six areas which are currently not included which they would like to bring on board:
* Mental Health organisations
* Women's Sector organisations
* Carers organisations
* Armed Forces and Veterans Charities
* Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender organisations
* Offender Health and Social Care organisations
Third Sector organisations are invited to bid to become Strategic Partners in the new categories; only ONE organisation will be selected in each category across the country, and will be representing Third Sector voice for the category at national level. This does not preclude small, local groups, but they must have the capacity to carry out the work outlined in the PDF document.
