Formal expression of interest for stop smoking service tariff based contracts now invited

Dear Colleague,
The expression of interest for tariff based stop smoking and stop smoking in pregnancy services is now open. Please see how to express an interest in the adverts attached.
Please follow the instructions in the advert/s carefully if you wish to apply, and if you have received documents from me recently e.g. Accreditation Questionnaire and Accreditation Questionnaire Guidance please disregard these as they are now out of date, and only use the documents available through the expression of interest process. Once you have submitted your expression of interest you will be given on line access to the key documents.
Due to the procurement process being transferred from the Strategic Health Authority (SHA) to the Healthcare Commissioning Service (HCS) the deadline for submitting the accreditation questionnaire is now 12.00 noon on the 25th June. We would like to apologise for this short timeframe. Contracts awarded will commence from the 29th October.
Please look at the Accreditation Questionnaire and accompanying Guidance document carefully as this explains the application process and requirements. Please also refer to Schedule 2 of the contract which is the service specification, and schedule 5 explains the reporting requirements of stop smoking services once up and running.
