Grassroots Grants Programme - Total Fund Value: £130,000,000
The Grassroots Grants programme aims to increase grant funding available to community groups that is tailored to local needs. The programme offers grant funding to third sector organisations to become ‘Local Funders’ and manage a small grants programme and a community owned endowment for voluntary and community groups in their area. The grants are administered by the Community Development Foundation (CDF) on behalf of the Office of the Third Sector (OTS) at the Cabinet Office.
