This is not a formal consultation document although some of the issues described within it will be the subject of individual public consultation exercises. This is a paper prepared as part of an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders and the public. Any comments on the paper and the issues within it would be welcomed, including any suggestions about important topics which may have been omitted. NHS Worcestershire believes these are the emerging issues and this report on those issues is an important test of how well we are in touch with the concerns and interests of the people of Worcestershire.
