Supporting Trustee Recruitment

Never before have good trustees been so important for the sector, but many organisations struggle to find and retain the trustees they need. We want infrastructure organisations like you to run trustee recruitment campaigns and programmes to support organisations to recruit and retain the best people to run their organisations. Together we can make trusteeship into a nationally recognised movement.

This workshop will:
• Share learning from across the country, and from other sectors and countries
• Outline the campaign’s model and experiences of using it
• Showcase the resources and tools available to support your work
• Help you create an action plan to take this work forward

Audience: Volunteer Centres and CVS’. (Specialist support organisations are welcome to attend, please contact governanceandleadership@ncvo-vol.org.uk if you are interested.)

Dates and locations:
• Birmingham - 1st November
Timings: 9.30 – 16.30
