Position: Project Support Worker (female)
Location: West Midlands (South and West areas)
Hours: 16 hours per week (Monday and Thursday) 08.30 to 16.30 hours
Salary: £18,327.00 pro rata

Description:
An enthusiastic and motivated female is required to help develop and deliver a therapeutic horticulture and environmental project working with women in the Criminal Justice Sector.
Main duties will include:
Supporting the Project Leader in the overall development, establishment and delivery of the project services.
Assisting in the recruitment, induction and management of participants and implementation of appropriate educational programmes.
Skills:
A practical knowledge of horticulture and associated practices is necessary.
An understanding of rehabilitation processes would be advantageous.
Some experience of working in health and social care or related sectors.
The applicant must be in possession of a full driving licence and be able to drive vehicles in category C1 and D1.
