Worcestershire Connections

Connecting to Opportunities is a programme funded through Advantage West Midlands to address Worklessness and economic exclusion in the region. Partners would be happy to note that Worcestershire has been successfully awarded £880,000 over next three years.

The second round of applications are invited for the year 2010 – 2011. The fund available for the year is £225,000 and aimed at outreaching and engaging around 110 clients.

The project will primarily focus on helping/supporting following client groups:

People on Incapacity Benefit - 55 clients
Lone parents - 35 clients
Ex-offenders - 20 clients

Interested organisations are invited to submit:
Expression of Interest by 8th March 2010 at 1600, subsequently
Full Application by 19th April 2010 at 1600
