Training in Collaborative and Partnership working

Worcestershire Infrastructure Consortium Winter Training Programme 2008

Collaborative and partnership working

Wednesday 3rd December, 9:30am – 4:00pm

Wyre Forest Community Housing, Kidderminster

Trainer: Charlie Cattell (See www.catwool.co.uk for more information on his expertise)

Increasingly, charities and voluntary organisations are recognising the need to work together with other voluntary sector partners, to tender for work, bid for contracts, pool resources or to ensure that beneficiaries get the best possible service.

Collaboration can work really well, but all too often organisations find that partnership working creates more problems than it solves. To avoid the dangers, it’s essential to understand the legal and practical implications of different models of collaborative working.

We are delighted to bring you this opportunity to benefit from the knowledge of Charlie Cattell, an expert in the field of legal structures for charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises. See www.catwool.co.uk for more information on the trainer.
