The Network Meeting of the 26th February had approximately 20 members and non-members in attendance.
Magda Praill - Chief Executive of Age Concern Herefordshire and Worcestershire and WAVOCC Trustee gave a talk on ‘The Life of a Chief Officer and the Future of VCS’, and Eddie Clarke - Director of Adult and Community Services- discussed the‘Future of VCS’ from County Council perspective. The day included a networking and knowledge sharing exercise interrogating three themes drawn from Magda’s talk. Namely:
‘The New World of Procurement’
‘Keeping True to Our Mission Statement’
‘Keeping it Safe’
