Your opinion about council customer service

Worcestershire's VCS and Local residents are being asked for their views about how they access their council services in an online survey.

The seven local authorities across Worcestershire have joined together to devise the survey, which asks for information about how and when residents get in touch about council services, as well as the quality of customer service that may have been received.

Rachel Hill, Head of Customer Services for the Worcestershire Hub Management Group, said:"The seven local authorities across Worcestershire already work closely to deliver joined-up services to our customers where possible. We are in the process of creating a joint customer services strategy and we want to find out what residents think about the customer service they currently receive from us so that we can continue to improve this".

The online survey runs from Monday 11th January until Friday 29th January and is available from your local district council website and the Worcestershire County Council website. The online survey is also available here.

The same survey will also be available as a questionnaire from your local Worcestershire Hub Customer Service Centre from 15th January. To find your local centre, go to http://www.whub.org.uk/

Feedback from the results of the survey will be available online at http://www.whub.org.uk/ the week commencing 22nd February 2010.
